Innovation Wireless Products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for
TWO (2) years from the date of sale and shipment to the customer.
Innovation Wireless will at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective and is within the warranty period.
Innovation Wireless will not be responsible for any expense in connection with any repairs made by anyone other than the factory or an authorized representative of
Innovation Wireless, unless such repairs have been specifically authorized in writing.
Equipment failure or damages caused by misuse or negligence will not be
covered under this warranty.
Innovation's liability under this warranty shall be solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts within the warranty period, and will not be liable under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury or labor costs. This Warranty statement of policy is in lieu of any other policy expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume any liability or adopt any other policy for Innovation Wireless without our written consent.
